Summer Camp

2023 Summer Camp Fun!


We had a great time during Summer Camp 2022 and we are excited to kick off Summer Camp 2023! You can check out the video listed to see how much fun we had last year! This fun and enriching camp is open to all kids 5-14 years of age. You don't even need to be a PA student to attend!

PA is offering a range of camp experiences this summer and we would love for you to be a part of this adventure! Camp will run for 10 weeks from June 5th through August 11th. We have a general camp each week that runs 8:30 am-3:30 pm Monday through Friday and specialized classes that can be added on. There will be weekly themes that include Olympics, Visual Arts, STEAM, and Exploration. In addition, PA will be offering two-week specialized camps that run in the afternoon, 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm.  Some classes will include Golf, Lacrosse, Robotics, Rocketry, Culinary Art, Theatre, Fencing, and more!

There will be an option to only take the specialized courses in the afternoon or to add these courses along with the general camp.

Take a look at some of the awesome themes we have this year.

June 5-June 16: Olympic Camp: Students explore the history behind both the ancient and modern Olympic Games. They will learn about various sports and the importance of international competition. The students will also put on their own Olympic games from the opening to closing ceremonies.

June 19-June 30: Visual Arts: Students will explore the visual arts' various aspects, from drawing and painting to mixed media and sculpture. Students will take field trips to local art institutions and create some art of their own.

Specialized Courses offer this session: Lacrosse, Rocketry, and Culinary Art

July 3-July 21: STEAM Ahead: Students will explore the various aspects of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) education and design. However, PA incorporates the Arts into STEM, so our STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) programs focus on all aspects of design.

Specialized courses offered this session: Game Design, Drawing, Robotics, Painting

July 24-August 11: Explore Peoria: Come along as we explore Peoria and learn all about what this place has to offer. Students will explore some of the unique aspects of Peoria as well as learn about the history of Peoria and its important contributions both locally and internationally.

Specialized courses offered this session: Theater, Fencing

Due at sign up for all plans.

Cancellation Policy
In order to receive a full refund we require written notification two two-weeks prior to the start of the camp week. Credit card fees are not refundable. Refunds may take 30-60 days to process.

We didn't forget our 3 & 4 year old friends. We are happy to introduce our revamped Pre-K Summer Camp this year at Peoria Academy!

Pre-K aged children are welcome to join us from June 5th to August 11, 2023, for fun and fellowship for either a full-day or half-day camp experience.

Full Day Summer Camp runs from 7:30am to 5:30pm and Half Day Summer Camp runs from 7:30am to 11:30am.
